Pool pump equipment cover

In Sydney, housing your unsightly pool pump in a box is a great way to enhance the outdoor entertaining area but don't forget you (or the local pool guy) still need access to all that equipment on a regular basis.






Building a box around the pump keeps the weather off all your pipes and filters and in some cases it keeps the family dog from chewing not one but three timers as my client in Castle Hill recently was telling me.




Every situation is unique when dealing with pool equipment, although the components are relatively the same, their location in relation to the pool is always different.



The pool pump cover featured here was a bit of a challenge but I managed to build an efficient box which looks great, keeps the weather (and Fido) off the equipment and still has plenty of access.


Whether It's bamboo, treated pine, hardwood, western red cedar or something different, I can build a shelter tailored to your needs... and budget!
